You are invited to participate in the MCHB TA Innovation Center Training & Capacity Building Webinar: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility - Collecting Data from Providers to Enhance Strategies in the Delivery of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services, scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2024, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET. 

This webinar will center around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility and the challenges, along with solutions, of collecting data needed to develop strategies to assist providers in the delivery of culturally and linguistically appropriate services in communities. This session will offer foundational insights and data concerning the support of historically marginalized populations. One focus will be on the complexities of operationalizing collection of race/ethnicity data, including what data to collect and getting staff and provider buy-in.  

Furthermore, it will highlight the significance of learning data collection methods, gaining insight into data characteristics, and acquiring the skills to assess and interpret data accurately. How programs are tackling this challenge, from both a programmatic and data perspective, will also be discussed.
